Stopping Child Labour and Protecting Child Rights in Jamui, Bihar

With the support of local authorities, communities, and national initiatives like Access to Justice, we are ensuring that children receive protection, education, and dignity.
Our Mission
- To stop child labour and bring children back to school.
- To protect children from trafficking, abuse, and exploitation.
- To create awareness in villages, schools, and railway stations to safeguard child rights.
- To support families in accessing government schemes that reduce children’s vulnerability.
Access to Justice Partnership
Through the Access to Justice initiative, children and survivors are provided with:
- Legal aid and protection to ensure traffickers and exploiters are brought to justice.
- Rescue and rehabilitation support in collaboration with law enforcement.
- Awareness and empowerment programs so every child and family knows their rights.
- This partnership strengthens our grassroots work in Jamui by connecting local action with strong legal frameworks.
Recent Action
As seen in the photo above, GNYT joined hands with the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Jhajha Railway Station to raise awareness on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. Together, we pledged to make our community a safer place for children.
